Florida farmers are getting a break on agriculture sales tax with the new TEAM card. On July 1, Florida Chapter 2023-154 (Senate Bill 1164 and House Bill 1279) became law. The part of this law that pertains to agriculture is the Farm Tax Exempt Agriculture Materials card. It’s something farmers can carry with them when they buy supplies and serves as proof of agriculture tax exemption, instead of filling out the usual paperwork.
