Tony Stilling was born in Eustis, Florida. He grew up in DeLand, attending DeLand High School. Today, he still lives in DeLand with his wife, Patty, and his three daughters, Sierra, Jenna and Taylor. Stilling grew up in the Farm Bureau family. His dad worked as a Farm Bureau Insurance agent. From a very young age Stilling knew he wanted to help Farm Bureau members the same way his father had. In 1994, Stilling graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management-Insurance. He went to work for Farm Bureau Insurance and put into practice the ideals he grew up with, doing business honestly in a family-friendly atmosphere. When he is not in the office you will find Tony Stilling either spending time with his family, or attempting to catch fish somewhere in the state of Florida.
Tina Doucas is originally from Churubusco, Indiana, about 15 miles northwest of Fort Wayne. The tiny town is known as “Turtle Town” due to a large turtle that brought it national fame in 1949. Doucas graduated from Churubusco High School and attended Southern Farm Bureau Life School. Doucas enjoys walks on the beach and spending time with her family and dogs. She has been an agent with Farm Bureau Insurance for 14 years. “I love being able to provide the best service possible and saving my clients money, along with giving them peace of mind.”
Jack Burger grew up in Volusia County, Florida. In 1970, he made the move north to Flagler County. He enjoys hunting on the weekends. Burger attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelors degree in agriculture. For the last 39 years, he has worked hard to help customers of Farm Bureau Insurance protect their homes and vehicle, and to give them confidence that their family is protected with the proper life insurance coverage.
Mark Banker was born and raised in North Carolina. He attended Asheboro High School in Asheboro NC. He started his insurance career in 1993 with Monumental Life Insurance Company in Durham NC. Banker then got a job with NC Durham Farm Bureau in 2001 and he’s enjoyed a successful career. He joined the Florida (Volusia County) Farm Bureau family in July 2016. Mark and his wife, Sabrina reside in New Smyrna Beach. In his leisure time, Mark enjoys golf and watching his favorite college basketball team the UNC Tarheels.
Devin Cowart was born and raised in DeLand. He attended DeLand High School and graduated in 2011. Cowart was avid in 4-H and FFA while in school and showed livestock every year in the Volusia County Fair and Youth Show. He is a third-generation insurance agent with strong roots within the industry. Cowart still resides in the area today with his beautiful wife, Brianna, and his three kids: Kylie, Kason, and Kodah. When he isn’t helping Farm Bureau Member Families protect their standard of living, you can find him on any kind of ball field coaching his kids sports teams. Cowart is also very active in his community and church. “Farm Bureau is the vessel I get to use to show others God’s goodness, and that thrills me.”
