Washington – The 2026 Farm Bureau YF&R Leadership Conference will bring together an estimated 850 young agricultural leaders from across the country to Portland, Oregon, March 13-16, to learn, share and grow together to build a sustainable future for agriculture and Farm Bureau. There will be great speakers, breakout sessions and evening events that offer opportunities to grow, exchange ideas, sharpen leadership skills and network with members from across the country. You’ll leave the conference inspired with new ideas and new energy for your farm and Farm Bureau.
Conference Objectives
- Cultivate strong grassroots Farm Bureau leadership by bringing together current and future Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) members and other agricultural organizations to learn, share and grow.
- Provide a networking opportunity for members to share experiences, learn and connect with industry leaders and experts.
- Provide current, accurate and valuable information through engaging sessions and workshops that fit into six different categories:
- Collegiate/Young Professional
- Consumer Engagement
- Member Engagement & Leadership Development
- Innovation & Niche Marketing
- On the Farm
- Policy & Advocacy
- Inspire members to apply new conference ideas on their farms and in their Farm Bureau
- Give back to the Portland community through charitable outreach and/or engagement programs/events.
