Get a Taste of Volusia on Thursday, March 10. The Taste of Volusia event is an opportunity for people to meet local farmers and ranchers and enjoy the foods and products they produce in a fun environment. Guests will eat their way around the room. There will be live music and a cash bar. Volusia County Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Program is hosting the event.
“This is an opportunity to highlight local farms and ranches and promote them after a difficult two years,” said Dallas Hull, YF&R chairperson.
YF&R provides opportunities for young agriculturists (ages 18 to 35) to be involved in their communities and gain agriculture business experience at a state and national level. Membership is free and open to any in the age range who are interested.
Volusia County YF&R received a $5,000 grant from Florida Farm Bureau Federation to host this event.

Taste of Volusia will be Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Tommy Lawrence Arena at the Volusia County Fairgrounds. Tickets are $35 each and are available at the Volusia County Farm Bureau office by phone at 386-734-1612, online through Eventbrite, or from YF&R committee members.
